Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at Hideaway at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA. The position is full-time, onsite, with day shift and occasional on-call duties.
The role involves light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, responding to work orders, and ensuring safety and appearance of buildings and resident amenities. Valid driver license and own toolkit are preferred.
