GFL Environmental Inc. is actively seeking a Diesel Mechanic in Chesapeake, VA to safely operate, repair, rebuild and maintain company trucks and heavy equipment.
Starting pay ranges from $28-$55 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and a 3pm-1am shift in place. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diesel refuse trucks, hydraulics, electricals, brakes and suspensions, and performing preventive maintenance to keep fleets ready for daily operations.
