The City of Chesapeake is seeking a Water Meter Technician I to assist with testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of water meters and related equipment in Chesapeake, VA. You will read meters, manage inventory, and operate field tools in a safety-conscious environment.
A high school diploma or GED/HSE is required, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in confined spaces and after-hours emergencies.
