Puro Clean of South Chesapeake is growing, and we're hiring
Mitigation Technicians with the goal of developing the right people into future Lead Technicians whoearn $26-$34.50

No restoration experience is required. We will train the right people.

Restoration is about more than cleaning up water, mold, fire, or biohazard damage. We meet people during some of the most stressful situations they may experience in their homes or businesses.

• Respond to water, mold, fire, smoke, and biohazard losses
• Perform water extraction and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying and air filtration equipment
• Perform mold remediation, cleaning, and demolition
• Take moisture readings and document job progress
• Protect and move customer belongings
• Maintain equipment, tools, vehicles, and our facility
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
• Able to regularly lift 50+ pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, heat, and other challenging environments
• Available for a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
• Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• IICRC certifications are a plus

• $20/hour starting base pay with bonuses can bring hourly up to $26.62/hour

Mitigation Technician: $48,000–$59,000+ annually with performance bonuses

Lead Technician: $60,000–$80,000+ annually with performance bonuses

Specialist: $64,000+ annually with performance bonuses

Master Certified Technician: $73,000+ annually with performance bonuses

Production Management: $80,000–$95,000+ earning potential
