Two Coast Living is hiring a Traveling HVAC Maintenance Technician II for The Heritage at Freemason Harbour in Norfolk, VA. The role involves hands-on routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance to keep multifamily properties in top condition and ensure resident satisfaction.
On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call duties. Requires 4+ years maintenance experience, 1+ year HVAC work, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification; HVAC certification preferred.
