What We Offer$20–$25/hour starting pay, based on experience
$800–$1,000 monthly bonus potential
Overtime available at time-and-a-half

What You'll DoInstall residential windows and doors
Measure, level, trim and finish installations
Use hand and power tools
Maintain clean, safe job sites
Work with an experienced Crew Leader
Learn professional window installation techniques
What We're Looking For1+ year carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to read a tape measure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable team player
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Window installation experience is a plus, but not required!
