The City of Chesapeake seeks a Community Programs Resource Specialist to coordinate outreach and care for individuals and families in need. You will assess needs, develop service plans, and connect clients with essential services through the Chesapeake Cares Resource Center.
You will work with colleagues to advocate for equitable support, perform fieldwork, and track data to improve outcomes for residents facing homelessness or crises.
