Thriveworks is a clinician‑founder national private practice group offering telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions.

We are currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualified candidates must be fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Virginia. Clinicians must be licensed and live in the state they will practice.

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
