Move trailers between yard and loading/unloading doors in a safe, efficient manner;
Coordinate trailer movements with management or central control;
Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards;
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment;
Handle and sort packages manually when required, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying;
Operate in varied environments including hot/cold temperatures, fumes, and loud noises
