The Road Safety Specialist supports safe and efficient traffic flow around construction zones, public events, or road maintenance sites. This role involves setting up and removing traffic control devices, directing vehicles and pedestrians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate is alert, dependable, and must work in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on public and crew safety.

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all
• Manage traffic flow effectively
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must have “0 or Plus” DMV Driving Points along with a valid Virginia Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  
  Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′) Non-CDL
