Overview: 1-800-GOT-JUNK is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer‑facing role where you will provide on‑site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We are looking for ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences

Location: Chesapeake, VA, serving the greater Virginia Beach area.

Job Type: Full‑Time

Pay: $23-30/hr+ (Total Compensation) including:

• $13/hr base rate
• Tips
• Profit share & performance incentives (Get a share of every job completed!)
• Overtime

• Provide on‑site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Paid training

• 8–12 hour shifts
• 1 weekend shift and 3–4 weekday shifts expected
