Coastal Precast Systems is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position for an organized, safety-minded individual ready to lead daily warehouse operations and support our production goals.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Manage warehouse staff and schedules
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (precast or construction industry a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• Bilingual (Spanish
  - English) preferred but not required.
