What You Will Do- Manage material inventory, oversee the efficient movement, storage, and inventory of parts within a storeroom, ensuring timely availability and accuracy.
- Process transfer orders via the SAP PRISM system.
- Receive and process incoming stock parts and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, or manage, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse to deliver to the storerooms.
- Stock parts away to shelves, bins, or appropriate locations and update SAP PRISM System with proper locations.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing transfer order requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer via SAP PRISM; may also assist in counting physical inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of all parts and supplies, conduct regular physical inventories, and identify discrepancies.
- Process and fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to internal customers; perform kitting function by identifying material location and counting/packaging appropriate part numbers and quantities.
- Coordinate the movement of parts within the storeroom and to other locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the repair production floor.
- Identify and resolve issues related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and storage including quantities and locations within the SAP PRISM.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a Logistics, Storeroom Inventory and/or Warehousing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Inventory, data entry and computer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to function in team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment where multi-tasking is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
