Responsibilities- Assist in leading day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Supervise warehouse personnel while promoting productivity, accountability, and teamwork.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and inventory management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to drive operational improvements and meet customer demands.
- Coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activities.
- 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience within the food manufacturing or food distribution industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management abilities.
- Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, and employee performance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Competitive base salary of $75,000-$100,000
- Bonus potential of up to 20%
