Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus Potential

Our client, a highly respected and financially stable construction organization, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for construction projects
• Maintain and oversee job costing, including budget-to-actual analysis
• Set up new jobs and partner closely with Project Managers
• Prepare and analyze WIP schedules, aging reports, and backlog reporting
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages and operational analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinate annual audit activities
• Assist with additional accounting and operational projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Associate's degree considered with significant construction accounting experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Job costing
  • WIP reporting
  • Percentage-of-completion accounting
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Construction industry experience required
