T-T Pumps Ltd, one the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our TT Controls, Automation & Monitoring team.
Our control, automation and monitoring solutions are designed to keep pumping systems running efficiently. We provide a range of standard control panels, monitoring systems and level control solutions which are tailored to meet our clients specific needs.
Your role will involve, but not limited to, assisting the department with all administrative duties, communicating with customers and suppliers, processing orders in the CRM system, logistic queries and after sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS- Communicating with customers and colleagues by email and telephone
- Support the department with all administrative duties, including order processing in our CRM
- Checking in-stock items and availability
- Chasing suppliers for ordered items
- Dealing with logistic queries
- Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
- Updating systems and databases
- Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain company procedures and suggesting improvements where possible
- Based at our headoffice in Woore
- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
- BTEC Business Administartion, or similar - Desirable
- Excellent keyboard skills - Essential
- Confident communication skills (written / verbal) to deal with internal adn external customers / suppliers - Essential
- Good standard of written and verbal English - Essential
- Knowledge of the industry - Desirable
- Computer competence (Office 365) - Essential
- Familiar with Gold Vision CRM - Desirable
- Experience of working in a similar demanding role - Desirable
- Methodical and attention to detail - Essential
- Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships, responding to queries in a timely manner - Essential
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills - Essential
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative - Essential
- Be flexible and reactive when urgent issues arise - Essential
