As a member of the Lands & Right of Way (ROW) team, the Senior Advisor provides expertise in land and ROW management for major projects across the US. This role is responsible for project execution, land title and rights acquisition, non-environmental permitting, and stakeholder engagement. The advisor will coordinate a team of ROW agents and land specialists, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, and scope requirements.

What You Will Do- Develop and implement land and permit acquisition strategies for major projects, addressing unique and complicated issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners and landowner organizations.
- Manage landowner complaint and reporting processes in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Direct project teams of contract land personnel and third‑party consultants to meet project schedules, scope, and budgets.
- Develop and implement project‑specific land acquisition and risk mitigation plans, including customer engagement, construction monitoring, and damage settlement.
- Represent Lands & ROW and/or the Project at judicial and regulatory hearings and public meetings.
- Hold a high school diploma or degree, with additional coursework or relevant experience in fields such as Forestry, Legal, Environment, Land Management, Geology, Agriculture, Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of land and project management experience in gas projects, including linear or facility projects.
- Experienced in project execution and leading all aspects of third‑party consultants in the ROW profession, with demonstrated ability to advise and manage work.
- Knowledgeable in land‑related aspects encountered during pipeline construction or operations, and able to interpret applicable legislation and regulations (including federal Energy Regulatory Commission [FERC]).
- Effective communicator and team leader, with strong verbal, written, computer, problem‑solving, project management, and decision‑making skills.
- Office and field environment (50%/50%).
- Ability to travel and work throughout the United States.
- Work or interact with a broad range of company office and field staff, supervisors and managers, regulatory personnel, contractors and consultants, landowners, landowner groups, corporate representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Frequent changing priorities and job requirements.
- Critical deadlines affecting schedule, budget, and overall success of large capital or other projects.
Include but are not limited to: grasping, kneeling, light‑to‑moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

- Ranges from $110,000 - $160,000 USD for U.S. locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
