Description

* Builds and maintains project level staff at appropriate levels and coordinates with human resources.

* Coordinates with procurement to optimize project purchasing.

* Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners and other vested parties, understanding their needs and expectations and deliver solutions that exceed their requirements and foster long-term partnerships.

* Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members.

* Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

* Presents financial, human resource and operational data in project review meetings.

* Tracks claims and change orders to ensure they are providing adequate compensation.

* Builds a safety culture by implementing and supporting safety programs and practices and holding individuals accountable.

* Oversees new project start-up.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

* Bachelor's Degree
