Overview: Sage Sure, a leader in catastrophe‑exposed property insurance, seeks an Education and Training Manager to develop curriculum and training materials for external and internal stakeholders on Sage Sure’s products and processes.

The Education and Training Manager works closely with Marketing, Sales, Policy Services, Underwriting, and Product Development to identify education opportunities for producers and team members, develop and facilitate webinars, create training documents and videos, and manage marketing materials for our expanding suite of insurance products.

• Lead overall curriculum strategy—needs assessment, design, iteration, execution, and evaluation—to educate producers and internal team members on Sage Sure’s property‑and‑casualty products and processes.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to produce engaging content such as virtual webinars, videos, and microlearning.
• Develop and nurture key partnerships with subject‑matter experts across the organization to refine educational material.
• Support product launches and change management by producing education materials and consulting trainers to ensure consistency.
• Conduct gap analyses and monitor internal and external feedback to identify opportunities.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to measure success and optimize education initiatives.
• Stay current on learning trends, market updates, and best practices.

• At least 5 years of professional training experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Proven experience in instructional design theory, curriculum building, or related educational development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑learning, video, and learning creation software (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Vimeo, Figma).
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for connecting with a professional audience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, marketing, or related field or certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
