Cheshire Public Schools is looking for a Para educator to support students during both whole and small group instruction. Responsibilities include supervising lunch and recess, as well as accompanying students to specials such as art and music.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, experience working with young children, and an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. The position offers 32.50 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Salary is $18.00 per hour, as per the agreement between Cheshire Board of Education and CSEA/SEIU Local 2001.
