Cheshire Public Schools in Cheshire, CT, is seeking a para educator to support students during whole and small group instruction, and to assist individual children under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
The position is 28.75 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM, with duties including supervising lunch and recess and accompanying students to specials (art and music).
Experience working with young children is desirable and developmentally appropriate practices are encouraged.
