Over the Rainbow Learning Center in Connecticut is seeking a Lead Teacher for our Early Childhood Program serving ages 6 weeks to 5 years. You will own your classroom, lead with intention, and deliver a play-based, CTELDS-aligned curriculum.
Responsibilities include planning weekly lessons on time, maintaining safety and a clean, organized space, observing and documenting development, and building strong relationships with families and coworkers while using Brightwheel to communicate daily.
