Description

* Leads advanced design coordination and management efforts across multiple projects.

* Provides expert guidance in construction engineering to ensure technical integrity and constructability.

* Supports contract administration and management processes, ensuring compliance with basic contractual obligations.

* Facilitates cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.

* Applies advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and project constraints.

* Promotes critical thinking and continuous improvement in design and construction practices.

* Reviews and validate plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.

* Influences and communicates effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

* Fosters an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions.

* Builds responsibility by ensuring accountability in design execution and technical service delivery.

* Manages and mentors project teams, supporting intermediate-level team management competencies.

* Collaborates with project managers and field personnel to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases.

* Supports the development and implementation of technical standards, procedures, and best practices.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
