Missions

Under the technical guidance of the service head and in collaboration with other team members, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing public electrification operations (strengthening, extension, burial)
• Advising and supporting the 113 concerned municipalities for their public electricity distribution network
• Relaying information from the Energy Directorate on the ground and in relations with the concessionaire
• Representing the Directorate on the ground
• Surveying and quantifying the needs of the concerned municipalities
• Planning business
• Preparing technical and financial dossiers prior to decisions of the municipalities and the syndicate
• Technical, financial, regulatory follow-up of dossiers
• Supervision and control of companies in the design and follow-up of the construction phase
• Verification of company statements and payment proposals
• Holding coordination or construction site meetings
• Monitoring physical inventory elements of the concerned networks

Required skills:

Knowledge of the technical field of electricity. Desired skills:
Knowledge of dry networks: (telecommunication, public lighting);
Knowledge of the functioning of local authorities and public procurement. Know-how:
Mastery of office and collaborative tools (Word – Excel – Teams…);
Knowledge of CAD software - GIS. Know-how:
Autonomy in managing files;
Preparation of follow-up tables;

Art. L332-14 of the General Code of Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position pending recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
