Industrial Engineer II
Collins Aerospace is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to join the Industrial Engineering Team at our Cheshire, CT facility. This is an onsite role located in Cheshire, CT.
What You Will Do
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of labor planning, process flow analysis, routing, standard work development, and bottleneck identification.
- Experience with MES, ERP, or related manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Lean, CORE, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using basic data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) to support analysis and decision making.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence improvement outcomes.
- Experience with Solumina and/or SAP.
