Job Description

The Financial Advisor position is intended for those who want to build a career in wealth management. We will help you gain exposure to understanding the business and working with clients.

Training And Professional Development

We will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be a successful financial advisor regardless of previous experience. Our learning system, mentorship and ongoing coaching are designed to help employees understand the products, services, systems and tools needed to provide high quality advice to clients. You will learn the business from the bottom up.

Responsibilities
  • Complete and obtain all necessary securities and insurance licensing.
  • Assist in the running of the office.
  • Communicate with clients and schedule/confirm appointments
  • Schedule product discussions with advisors and product specialists.
  • Enter notes into Client Relationship Management tool to document interaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Securities Licensing
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric driven environment.
  • Ability to generate high-quality relationships through phone-based conversations.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to pass all necessary investment and insurance licensing exams
Compensation will be a combination of salary and commission commensurate with experience
