• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients' styles and preferences
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products when appropriate
• Conduct additional beauty treatments like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments as trained and qualified
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results
• Stay current with industry trends in nail art, techniques, and new products to continually enhance service offerings

• Strong knowledge of color theory and nail art design techniques
• Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel manicures, and nail extensions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Deep understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and hygiene standards
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care or esthetics is highly preferred
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a client-focused approach
• Knowledge of additional beauty services such such as hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, or dermabrasion is a plus
• Strong communication skills coupled with retail math skills for product sales and inventory management
