Seeking RBTs to work in schools working one on one with children and adolescents with developmental delays and behavioral difficulties. Experience working with individuals with Autism is desired. Highly collaborative working relationship with BCBAs. PMT certification and DTI experience preferred. Highly competitive compensation ($20-$30/hr dependent on experience). Up to a $1000 retention bonus for completing the school year. RBT certification desired or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Associates or Bachelors Degree is generally required for national RBT certification. This is a full-time, school-based position. Opportunities for career advancement.
