Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part Time

$43–$48/hour | Part-Time
Post Rehab is adding a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to its rehab team in Cheshire. This role focuses on helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function through practical, goal‑driven therapy.
Role Overview- Perform evaluations and identify functional deficits
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions based on individual goals
- Document visits and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team
- Licensed SLP
- Interest in adult and geriatric populations
- Experience in a nursing facility setting is a plus
