The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly reassesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

• Provides direct patient care (evaluation and treatment).
• Performs appropriate written communication.
• Interacts professionally through clinical communication.
• Maintains state of the art training and education for job role.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, or eligibility in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-time, Monday – Friday
