Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Schedule: Flexible shifts available – full-time, part-time, and per diem

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Support mobility and transfers

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping and errands

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous caregiving experience (formal or informal) preferred

• A heart for service and a calm, patient demeanor

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings

• PCA/HHA certification a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
