As the Social Work Director at Civita Care Center at Cheshire, you will play a pivotal role in providing emotional support, counseling, and advocacy for our residents and their families. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Prior SNF experience.
• Possession of a valid state Social Work license
• Previous experience in social work or related field preferred
