Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a PTA to join Civita Care Center 'll help residents build confidence with everyday movement, providing treatment that supports both short-term recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do- Carry out individualized treatment plans under a Physical Therapist's direction
- Guide residents through exercises, gait training, and transfer practice
- Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Reinforce mobility techniques residents can use during daily routines
- Record treatment and collaborate with nursing and fellow therapists
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong teamwork and clinical documentation skills
