Are you a Pediatric Neuropsychologist looking for a collaborative practice where you can focus on high-quality clinical work while maintaining flexibility in how you structure your schedule?
Northeast Neuropsychology, a subsidiary of Advanced Tele Psych, provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and speech therapy services. We have offices in Cheshire and Farmington, Connecticut, as well as South Hadley, Massachusetts.
We are currently growing our pediatric and lifespan neuropsychology team and are open to full-time, part-time, and 1099 independent contractor arrangements based on your availability and professional goals.
For neuropsychologists interested in maintaining a smaller caseload alongside another position, private practice, academic appointment, or other professional commitments, our 1099 option can be structured specifically around evaluations, with approximately 1–3 evaluations per week based on referral volume and clinician availability.
What You’ll DoDepending on your employment arrangement and clinical interests, responsibilities may include:
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric and/or lifespan neuropsychological assessments.
- Complete clinical interviews, testing, interpretation, report writing, and feedback sessions associated with neuropsychological evaluations.
- Collaborate with neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatric providers, therapists, and speech-language pathologists in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
- Provide supervision to trainees associated with local graduate schools and universities and/or postdoctoral fellows, depending on interest and experience.
- Partner with our administrative and clinical support teams to provide a high-quality patient and family experience.
- Utilize flexible scheduling, hybrid work options, and potential psychometrist support to support work-life balance.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology.
- Completion of a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut.
- Massachusetts licensure or eligibility is also welcomed.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or lifespan populations.
- Commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality assessment services.
- Board certification (ABPP-CN/ABCN or ABN) preferred but not required.
- Base salary of $120,000–$130,000 annually
