NetSuite Administrator

Overview

Our client—an established organization operating within the e‑commerce and distribution space—seeking a skilled Net Suite Administrator to support, optimize, and enhance their Net Suite environment. This role will play a key part in managing integrations, improving system efficiency, and supporting internal users across functional teams.

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Net Suite platform, including configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and user management.
• Manage and maintain integrations between Net Suite, Celigo, and Shopify, ensuring accurate data flow and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and optimize system processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes or improvements.
• Support ongoing Net Suite enhancements, new module rollouts, and best‑practice improvements.
• (Preferred) Develop and maintain Suite Script customizations to extend Net Suite functionality.

• 3+ years of Net Suite administration experience within an e‑commerce or distribution environment (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Celigo integrations and Shopify–Net Suite data flows.
• Strong understanding of Net Suite modules, workflows, saved searches, and custom record types.
• Ability to manage integrations, troubleshoot connection issues, and support API‑related workflows.
• (Preferred) Experience writing, reviewing, or maintaining Suite Script 1.0/2.0.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
