In this senior-level role, you’ll take the lead on complex general liability claims—from initial investigation through to final resolution. You’ll assess coverage, collaborate with outside counsel, and work across jurisdictions to ensure each claim is handled thoroughly and efficiently. You'll also play a key part in mentoring less experienced colleagues and reinforcing team best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years proven experience handling commercial general liability claims in property/casualty insurance or third-party administration
• Holds an all-lines property/casualty adjuster license
• Experienced in coverage interpretation, litigation processes, and regulatory compliance
• Skilled communicator with strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation ability
• AIC designation and/or habitational claims knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable working with reinsurance reporting and large/complex files
