As Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead and mentor the customer service team while supporting a dynamic VP of Sales, ensuring top-notch service for key accounts. You’ll own customer relationships, manage escalations, maintain and improve service standards, policies, and KPIs, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, oversee quotes, reporting, and CRM accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and profitability.

- Experience with CRM systems (Epicor a plus)
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
