A suitable candidate should be experienced with the special needs community including some behaviors and medical needs. S/He should be good with communication and working in a team environment, and have the ability to demonstrate proven capabilities in this field. This person should be experienced with most aspects of group home services, including resident care, medical care and treatment plans, IP programming, recreational planning, and other activities of daily living for the disabled.

- An Assistant Program Manager for GIL should be a person of integrity who is highly committed, very responsible, and is organized with a definite attention to detail – considering the daily program assignments and compliance to state licensing regulations at this facility. A Manager who is honest, faithful, and trustworthy; and demonstrates a dedicated work ethic will fit well in our company culture.
This assistant Supervisor must be someone comfortable working in a team environment with another Assistant program Manager and the lead Program Manager. - This Assistant Program Manager should also be caring and compassionate with respect to our residents and a solid coach and mentor for the 12-15 staff members for which he or she will be responsible to supervise.
