QUALITY – Lead Inspector
Ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, screw machine environment helpful with an attention to detail.
- Able to work closely with all disciplines in that environment.
- Production environment - draw inspection samples from CNC Screw machines and clean samples for inspect.
- Proficient with all mechanical gauging and comparator usage.
- CMM and/or Optical Equipment experience a plus (PC‑DMIS).
- Geometric Tolerancing experience is a must.
- Able to perform first article and set up inspections.
- Able to read mechanical drawings.
- Guide and train new inspectors as needed.
- Keen attention to detail especially with respect to documentation.
- Manage internal/external calibration using Gage Trak software.
- Proficiency with Excel is a plus.
- Hours:
10hr days (flexible). Monday-Thursday.
Friday for overtime as needed.
