Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Second Shift Manager at the Cheshire, CT plant to oversee evening operations on the 2nd shift (1:00 PM–9:30 PM). You will direct fillers and loaders, plan production, and coordinate shuttle loads to ensure timely order fulfillment while upholding safety and SOPs.
Under this role you will collaborate with 1st shift management and the lab team, drive OFR improvements, and enforce strict SOP/compliance standards across the floor.
