Lead Wedding Coordinator

Pink Olive Events is growing, and we’re looking for a Lead Wedding Coordinator to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves weddings, thrives on organization, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to be part of a growing events brand.

We’re especially interested in someone who has an interest in marketing, social media, and growing a business
. The ideal person will not only help us create incredible wedding experiences for our couples, but will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and visibility of Pink Olive Events.

• Lead wedding coordination and planning for assigned couples
• Manage timelines, vendor communication, logistics, and wedding-day details
• Conduct client meetings and planning appointments
• Coordinate rehearsals and wedding-day execution
• Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners
• Assist with social media, content creation, marketing initiatives, and brand promotion
• Represent the Pink Olive Events brand at networking events, bridal shows, and other industry opportunities
• Bring ideas to the table and help us continue to grow

• Confident communicating with clients and vendors
• Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on the fly
• Professional, personable, and positive
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
• Passionate about weddings and creating exceptional client experiences
• Interested in marketing and helping grow a small business
• Available for select evenings and weekends during wedding season
• Previous wedding/event planning experience preferred
