We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and excellent customer service skills. The Customer Service Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the sales area, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support the business in achieving sales targets.

• Ensure the stock is replenished and our inventory is managed and up to date
• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on plants, gardening techniques, and garden products
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organised, and safe for customers
• Look after the plants ensuring they are cared for and watered
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management

40 per week, worked flexibly across the week Monday‑Sunday with 2 days off per week. Job share or part‑time hours considered. Our opening hours are 8.30am‑5pm every day.
