Deck Sales Representative (1099 Commission) – New Fresh Homes

1099 Independent Contractor

Commission-based compensation

Expected first-year earnings starting around $40,000, with top performers earning up to $150,000 annually

Unlimited income potential based on performance

Meet with homeowners to discuss their decking needs.

Conduct in-home sales appointments.

Educate customers on decking materials, design options, and project benefits.

Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

Work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Previous sales experience is required.

Strong communication and people skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.

Comfortable working independently.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to use a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs.

Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right salesperson.
