• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission-based compensation
• Expected first-year earnings starting around $40,000

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their decking needs.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments.
• Educate customers on decking materials, design options, and project benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but we re willing to train the right salesperson.
