** Position Summary*
* The Flex/Float Security Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support across various client locations. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can step into different environments, ensure continuity of service, and uphold Securitas standards of excellence.

** Responsibilities*
* + Provide supervisory coverage at multiple client sites as needed

+ Lead, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure high performance and professionalism

+ Enforce post orders, site policies, and company procedures

+ Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner

+ Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and service quality

+ Complete and review incident reports, daily logs, and other required documentation

+ Assist with training and onboarding of new Security Officers

+ Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members

+ Adapt quickly to new environments, post assignments, and client expectations

** Qualifications*
* + Prior security supervisory or management experience required

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

+ Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

+ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

+ Ability to travel consistently throughout assigned areas (Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire, etc.)

+ Active CT Security Officer License (or ability to obtain)
