, you’ll use your expertise to support solar installations by performing repairs and upgrades that ensure safety, durability, and a polished finish. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same—you’ll tackle everything from framing improvements to leak repairs while working as part of a team that’s bringing clean energy to communities.
- Assess project sites, take accurate measurements, and prepare for installation needs.
- Make structural improvements such as framing and sistering rafters.
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
- Perform home repairs related to solar installs, including siding and drywall work.
- Provide professional, courteous communication to customers while on‑site.
- Document all work thoroughly with photos and details, submitting reports on time.
- Keep a clean, organized jobsite and uphold company vehicle standards.
- Assist with additional construction‑related tasks as needed.
- Solid foundation in carpentry and roofing, with experience using standard tools.
- Willingness to take on a variety of construction and maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry 40‑50 lbs regularly.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and MVR check.
