Full-time position serving Greater New Haven County and Central Connecticut, including participation in an on-call rotation.

As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and split systems across gas, oil, and electric applications. You'll explain findings to homeowners in clear language, provide pricing using a flat-rate repair book, document your work with a tablet, and manage a full schedule of service calls. As a Service Tech 3, you'll handle complex escalation calls and help mentor developing technicians.

• Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 journeyperson license
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation

• NATE certification or specialty certifications
• Oil and propane burner experience (B-2/B-4) in addition to HVAC
• Combustion analysis skill with instruments
• Boiler and steam experience
• Flat-rate pricing experience
• Comfortable with a tablet for job documentation and photos
