Hands-on mechanical experience in trades, automotive, military, or facilities environments, trade school coursework, an existing EPA 608 certification, and customer-facing experience in residential settings are preferred. Most importantly,
no HVAC experience is required or expected

This is a full-time entry-level position, with employees reporting to a central location before traveling throughout Greater New Haven County and central Connecticut.

As our entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll clean and inspect heating and cooling systems, replacing filters, conducting safety checks, documenting findings with notes and photos, and learning how HVAC systems operate in real-world environments. By working on 40 to 50 systems each month, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to identify normal system operation and potential concerns.
