Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager to join its client’s Reablement Team, based in Cheshire.
What will your responsibilities be?- Lead and supervise the reablement social work team, providing guidance, oversight, and reflective supervision to ensure safe, strengths‑based, person‑centred practice.
- Coordinate and manage workflow, including allocation of cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and discharge planning in line with statutory duties.
- Work collaboratively with health and community partners, troubleshooting barriers, supporting effective multi‑disciplinary working, and ensuring individuals receive seamless, outcome‑focused reablement support.

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
