Full-time | £40,000 - £50,000 | Monday to Friday (with flexibility) + Paid On-Call

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager within a residential childcare setting ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Were looking for a dynamic leader to head up a children's residential home supporting young people aged 5-18 with Social, Emotional, Mental Health, and Complex needs.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 year as in a senior / team leader position within a residential childcare setting.
• Strong experience working with children with emotional and behavioral challenges
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or be actively working towards completing)
• Minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent
• Full UK Manual Driving License
